Typically for me it's the last show. But it is kind of hard to beat that weekend at the old Lady Luck, coming back from dinner and noticing that David had autographed my sign when nobody was looking. It's the things that happen when you're not expecting them that are always the most memorable.

Yeah that was a good one! Man, it is so hard to pick isn't it?! They just keep getting better!

What about the Steamboat Days weekend with the Teen Idols and our "little snack"? David visiting with us in the lobby before he left..sigh.

There was the first show at the Lady Luck (I know you weren't there but man what a show!). I still chuckle thinking about how David went off on a tangent when talking about the Brady Bunch. After 20 minutes Wayne raised his hand and said, "I have a question....what the HELL does this have to do with the Brady Bunch?!!!!" The look on David's face was priceless and the audience was rolling in the aisles. The next night at this point Wayne got a stool and sat down...too funny. Of course, that afternoon Bonnie and I got a private 2 hour concert :-D watching the rehearsal and that was "really somthing!" But ya gotta admit in Lockport when David mentioned that we were there and said, "You crazy lot!" with such a warm laugh......they just keep getting better!

Yeah, who says the star never does soundcheck...right? Micky and Coco proved that to me this summer, too. Watching that soundcheck by the side of the stage at Waterfest and then having the both of them come over to chat afterwards will always be a special memory for me, too.

I may be just a tad biased, but I would have to say my favorite show was David's latest show in Lockport. So, so many wonderful memories, not only for myself, but for everyone that was there.

It depends on which trip across the drawbridge you're talking about:-)
From my recollection, when the tolls were collected, the drawbridge remained closed!!!

True, however the few times I have been on that particular drawbridge, it's been very memorable, and quite pleasant in fact. The scenery is breathtaking, don't you think?

Having been on that particular road before and passed that particular drawbridge I can say that the scenery is overwhelmingly breathtaking and extremely memorable.

You're right...the hills on either side of that drawbridge are are particularly full of life. I've seen that the structures beyond those hills are in perfect formation as well. Haven't you noticed that as well? I think Bonnie has. Although I think I'd be a little reluctant to cross that drawbridge if it was opened. I wouldn't complain if it always remained closed, that route will always be welcomed!

I have no desire to cross the drawbridge but I must admit that to stand at the entrance and gaze into the stars which twinkle above is to stand at the gates of heaven.

It's very sort of like when The Gang crossed the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco back in 1987. You honestly do not see it coming until you're practically on top of it! It was literally breathtaking...

I have to admit, that I've never seen stars shine quite as brightly as the stars I've seen that twinkle above that drawbridge. Nature at it's finest, I must say. And yes, that bridge does come up quite unexpectedly and most often rather unexpectedly.

And then it's GONE...but the tingling remains!
